Powell Hall 200, is the main gallery for the Radford University Art Museum with 2000 square feet of exhibition space.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5 pm
(4 pm during Summer Sessions I and II). Saturday and Sunday noon to 4 pm.

The RU Art Museum Downtown

The RU Art Museum Downtown is located
in the Bondurant Center in downtown Radford (1129 East
Main Street).

Hours:
Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5 pm and
Saturday noon to 4 pm. Closed on Sundays. (These hours may vary depending
upon student worker availability.) Closed from graduation day in early May
through late August.

The Flossie Martin Gallery, Gallery 205, and the
RU Art Museum Downtown
are closed during during all University breaks. All galleries are closed for a few days between
exhibitions. Please call to verify that we will be open during your

PARKING and DIRECTIONS:
From I-81South take exit 109
toward Radford (this is Tyler Avenue).
Go 3.3 miles until you see the classical colonnades on the right with
the sign "Radford University."
Turn Right (this is Jefferson Avenue).
Go down the steep hill. After the stop sign, turn left on Downey Street
and park in Temporary Lot R (on right) or Lot V (on left). Powell Hall
and the Museum are in the first brick building on campus at the end of
the one
block long Downey Street. If both V and Temp Lot R lots are full, go
back to Jefferson, turn left back down the hill 1 block to the traffic
light (this is Main St.). Turn left at Main and immediately turn left
into Lot R, or try
Lot K across Main Street (next to "Cook's Clean Center"). Park and walk
along Main Street for about a block until you see signs for Powell Hall,
the first large brick building on your left. Enter and go one flight up.
Ask for directions to the Art Department and/or the Museum galleries.

On weekends and after
4:00 pm visitors may park in any of these lots without a visitor parking
permit. At other times you may call ahead (540-831-5754) for a permit or
find parking on the nearby streets. Visitors may also pay to park in the coin-operated metered spaces
(30-minute limit 7:00 am - 4:00 pm) in Lot A and Lot B (in front of
Martin Hall) without a permit at any time.
